Support and anything else

Trouble with a booking, a cut sheet that will not save, a text that did not arrive. This is the right address for nearly everything.

Billing

Invoices, a charge you do not recognise, or cancelling if you cannot get into your account. Same address, put Billing in the subject.

Directory listings

If your shop is listed and you would rather it was not, say so and we will take it down. If it is listed and it is yours, you can claim it instead.

Security

Found a way to reach data you should not be able to? Please tell us before telling anyone else, and we will get on it.

Booked an animal in somewhere?

We make the software; we do not process the meat. For anything about your own animal, your kill date, your cut sheet or when it will be ready, call the shop directly. Their number is on the booking page you were sent, and on their page in the directory.

Stopping text messages

Reply STOP to any message from us and they stop. That does not cancel a booking, so ring the shop if that is what you meant to do.
