Your kill calendar, off the paper book

Booking, cut sheets, and text updates for custom exempt processors. Built for one thing: getting the scheduling off your phone and onto a page your customers can use themselves.

No card to start. Fifteen bookings a month on the free plan.

1,393 processors listed across all 50 states, from state and federal inspection records.

The phone never stops

Every call is the same three questions. When is your next opening, what do you charge, is my beef ready. Your booking page answers all three without anyone picking up.

Deer season breaks everything

Trucks lined up, a clipboard, and a tag number written in the rain. Counter intake logs an animal in under thirty seconds and texts the hunter a link to finish their own cut sheet.

Cut sheets come back wrong

A PDF filled in with a pen at the tailgate. Digital sheets with your own options, printed one page per animal for the cutting floor, tag number big enough to read from across the room.

How it works

Set your kill days

How many head of each species you take in a day, which days you kill, and the dates you are closed.

Share your page

Customers pick from dates you actually have room for. No account, no password, works on a phone in a pasture.

Work the queue

Move animals through dropped off, hanging, cutting, wrapped, ready. Each step can text the customer for you.

What it is not

KillDate is not a shop management suite. There is no point of sale, no retail inventory, no USDA traceability, no payroll. It does booking, intake, cut sheets, status and notifications, and it tries to do those well enough that you stop thinking about them.
